The unit we got was big with a shower.

The staff was really helpful as we expected. The room itself was brand-new with beautiful view and had essentials we needed.

There was milk to be added.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff at the Radisson Blu. The gardens looked beautiful and well-tended. I loved the spacious room, with a comfortable bed. The infinity pool was a nice touch too, great for lounging around. Some areas need work. The breakfast was very disappointing, lacking variety and freshness, frustrating for the price paid. The so-called 'private' beach was a bit misleading. It required a walk and wasn't as serene as expected. I also had issues with housekeeping. My room was cleaned only a couple of times and I had to ask for fresh sheets. These factors took away from what could have been a perfect vacation.

We think it's a super base for staying in Palm Beach. The staff is top-class, as well as owner. The setting is perfect and marvellous, really close to the "private " beach, all shops and restaurants, and trendy restaurants and shopping, super area.

Fine location with friendly staff!

Location: the hotel was near most areas as well as trendy restaurants and shopping. The room was huge & big together with Beautiful View and a shower, for example.

We had an awesome stay, especially enjoying the infinity pool and the spacious three-bedroom suite with an ocean view. The live music was a delightful touch too! Definitely revisiting soon.

The staff were helpful. The spacious two-bedroom suite made it easy to navigate around, providing comfort and accessibility. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful outdoor spaces that welcomed relaxation.

Better lighting in outdoor areas would be appreciated.

We loved our stay in the spacious One-Bedroom King Suite with Pool View. The swimming pool and garden area were perfect for relaxing. Only downside was the breakfast options could use some variety.
